1. Returns
  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, piercings and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is standard across online jewellery stores.

  • Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

2. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days

  • Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping Your Return
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
