1. Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

For hygiene and safety reasons, piercings and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is standard across online jewellery stores.

Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days

Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

4. Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
